Emma Ledsom


Partner, Emma Ledsom (née Cairns) joined the firm in 2012. Emma trained with top private client firm Turcan Connell. She qualified as a solicitor in 2004, was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2006 and became an Associate in 2008. During her time with the Edinburgh firm, Emma acted as the in house solicitor for the National Trust for Scotland and advised the Trust on all aspects of their legal affairs.

She has extensive experience of purchasing, selling and leasing residential and commercial property and has acted for clients in connection with the sale and purchase of development land, option agreements, wind farm options and leases, hydro scheme leases, lottery funding and security matters. Emma also advises clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney and other aspects of their personal and business legal affairs.

Emma and her husband decided to return home to Dunoon in 2012 to bring up their young family.
